Born + raised in Historic Selma, AL, this small town girl has found a deep rooted passion in living life as a multi-dimensional woman. Evolving from being the woman who once found myself living life at the mercy and convenience of other people, this season of my life is a breath of fresh air.

A lover of deep, thought provoking conversations mixed with a dash of sarcasm, spoonful of wit, and a generous amount of humor– I’ve found my sweet spot! I’m a wife. I’m a mom of 3– but there’s more to my story. I’m also a friend, an author of the book ‘Before I Let You Go’, a leader, a creative, an entrepreneur, a blogger, a Jesus follower and the list goes on. John 10:10 says “I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly.” My desire is to see more women pursue an abundant, multi-dimensional life– whatever way that looks like for them. For me, it is the ability to be the domesticated wife + mom, but also free to chase my dream of being an author, blogger, entrepreneur, creative, the 24 hour trip taker, the girls night out planner, & the one who has the ability to show up for my people.

My book is the fruit of this freedom to explore the different dimensions that I am called to. The same girl who once quit law school because it wouldn’t be convenient for other people, is now afforded another opportunity to pursue something that I’m passionate about– and this time I didn’t check to see what was convenient for anyone else. It was convenient for me–so I did it! It was this project that truly freed me from the idea of choosing between ‘this or that’ and realizing that I can do and be ‘this and that’.
